Printing at Westhill High School

What are the printing guidelines?

The Westhill Technology Committee has encouraged all members of our school community to reduce the amount of printing taking place within our schools. Not only will this reduce costs for our district, but it also will help care for our planet. To that end, all printing that takes place at school should be for educational reasons and/or school-related. Please consider doing the following:

Determine whether you need to print at all. If something can be done digitally, avoid printing.
Double-check the drafts of print jobs prior to printing.
Don't print in color if the majority of what you are printing is in black and white.
Print things double-sided when possible.

How do I print in the library?

Printing in the library is simple! All you need to do is log into the Chromeboxes near the library entrance, find the document you'd like to print (whether through your email, Google Drive, or elsewhere online) and release the print.

Please note that if you are printing something from Canva, you must download the item first before printing. Generally, you will want to download as a "PDF Print."
